Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
While we hope you experience nothing but goodness from your purchase, we know sometimes returns must happen. If you determine the need for a return, here are a few simple steps:
- Please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include “Return Request” in the subject line.
- Once your return request is received, we will follow-up with specific return shipping details.
- Make your return within 30 days from time of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges* on items purchased beyond 30 days.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred for returning your item.
- All discounted items are considered final-sale and cannot be returned.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it to determine if your returned product is eligible for a refund. We will notify you by email within five business days regarding the status of your refund.If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on your original purchase will not be included in the refunded amount.
