I caught this on PBS and had to order the DVD so I could really study this example of how to address the homeless problem so many places in the U.S. have been dealing with. It's comprehensive and holistic approach with an emphasis on the dignity of the individual I think has been key to its success. I hope other places take notice and use it as an example on how to model their own programs.
